1. Services
Mirpur Prestige Transfers provides private hire chauffeur services. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings
- Bookings must be made in advance. We recommend at least 24 hours notice.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
- It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that all booking details (date, time, location) are correct.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or threatens the safety of our drivers. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
5. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Please ensure you book a vehicle with sufficient capacity for your luggage. We are not liable for any loss or damage to luggage during transit.
6. Flight Delays
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals. We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight has landed. After this period, waiting charges may apply.
7. Liability
We strive to ensure timely arrivals, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures).
